Q Are You Manufactory or Trade Company?

A We are the 100% Manufactory specialized in packaging and printing area sice 2008 with above 10,000 square meters workshop area. We have an excellent team composed of 150 professionals and more than 100 skilled workers.
Q Where Is Your Factory Located? How can I Visit There?

A Our factory is located in Jiading District, Shanghai. convenient transportation. Close to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Only 5 kilometers away from the highway！
Q How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?

A 1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them with Digital Sample or Dummy in 1-3 working days, finished product sample is acceptable.
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7-10 working days is enough.
Q Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?

A Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q What information should I give to get a quote?

A You need to clarify the specs, quantity and shipping address for us to quote you.

Q How do I send you my printing file?

A You can email it to us if it is not too large, or send it via WeTransfer or Sprend.
Q Can we get some samples? Free or any charges?

A Yes, you can get free sample if we have in stock.If the sample needs to be customized, it should be paid for the sample.
Q Can you help with the design?

A Sure, we have professional designers to offer the design service.
Q What format design file you want for printing?

A We will It is best if you can supply your artwork as PDFor AI,CDR format file.However if this is not possible,our in-house designer can make the artwork.
Q What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time?

A For small order, by express like DHL,UPS,TNT FedEx etc, about 3-7days. For big order, by air about 7-12 days, by sea about 15-35 days.
Q Which port can be choosen for delivery?

A Mainly Guangzhou or Shanghai, or other domestic place will be fine too.
Q What's your payment terms?

A TT 30% deposit after signing the contract,the balance 70% before shipping.
You can also pay it online or with Trade Assurance by Made In China.
